What do you say to a friend whos dress sense is absolutely mental?

Ok this is weird but you should take his clothes when he’s not home and replace them or be like “you stink!” you could even ask a girl that he may like to hit on him and then say “i would date you, but those clothes make you look fat” or something like that. lol
