I have a friend whom i known for 7 years, hes 32 ,dominican and he lives up in the washington heights NYC area and also we hang out in the south bronx areas. Hes a real good guy. Everytime i go there i see those georgous dominican girls and i cant control myself . I dont know spanish so i cant talk with them. 90% of them speak only spanish up there so i hae trouble trying to mack- it to them.
Now this is my question>
He tells me that if you want a dominican women from up there you must look the part. You must dress with some nice expensive designer named jeans, a flashly stylish t-shirt, som nice jewlerly /watch, and some fly looking shoes. And then you must clean up your hair, such as a detail /line/trim or fade on your hair and a nice ****** hair line. You must be clean and GQ looking and then you will attract them.
I am decent i think and clean as i am. I do look like a italian guy but im not flashy. And i notice most of the domincan guy either wear that bagggy thug stuff or just either are smooth,”miami vice” looking GQ model outfit types.

So is this true? Are dominican women like this? Is this the only way they will talk to you?

So please help on 2 questions?
1. Are they like this only if you have fly clothes?
2. How can i pick up them if i dont speak spanish?
