Any back to school ideas for hair an clothing?

Thespian Goddess asked:

I have thick straight dark brown hair almost black with brown eyes. I have a large square forehead so I want either a stylish side-swept bang or full on bangs. I want to look like Emma Watson or Bonnie Wright. When it comes to clothes I like the casual clothing that all the girls wore in the Harry Potter movies. Please Help! Thank you

Ladies. Please respond on a sophisticated and stylish and timeless watch for ladies?

wild_flowers_0 asked:

Hello. I am looking for a great wristwatch. I’ve never invested in a good watch and I’m willing to do so now. I work in a job where I’m in business suits half the time and business casual the other half. Can you please recommend a very quality, but stylish watch that will go with everything? I don’t want something “fussy”. Rather, a very quality watch that I can to wear to work and also when I’m casual on the weekends. Thanks!
AND PLEASE INCLUDE LINK TO WEBSITE TO PURCHASE. THANKS
I am interested in the $500 price range

What is a good style for a women who is 25?

engineergirl asked:

I have been told that I dress really boring and was trying to think of ways to spice up my style without looking like a teenager. I’m not into anything extremely trendy, but would like to look stylish and sophisticated. I’m a career oriented women and am not just trying to impress men. Please make tasteful suggestions because I would not wear anything revealing or ******. Thanks for the tips!

Where can I get a makeover in Massachusetts?

whitewolfe asked:

I have never been super-girly or trendy. Sure, I wear some makeup, but I don’t really know how to do it well and buy only drugstore brands. I wear toenailpolish but I’ve never had a pedicure or manicure.

I don’t have any super-girly friends to turn to for advice. I am entering a new job and I want to look the best I can.

I drool over those makeover shows on TV (not Extreme Makeover, but like the stuff on Style network.) Hair, makeup and clothes make SUCH a huge difference in the look of a person, I am dying for that kind of makeover but I don’t know where to turn.

I live in Western Massachusetts but I could travel to Boston or Hartford. Where could I go to get professional consulting or help for a makeover including hair, how to do makeup, maybe some help to pick out flattering and stylish clothes?

Women Only! What’s your motivation to work? do stay in shape, buy stylish clothes, wear makeup etc, thanx?

EILISHA asked:

Okay, my husband pays all the bills and I have worked in the past and supported him financially (payed all the bills), when he was going through school.

Anyways, I have not worked in a year and I am ready to get back out there!

My only problem, I get bored with corporate jobs rather quickly! I have an Associates in Business Admin, a Bachelors in Management & Organizational Development, I am now in a Masters program to get my M.A. in Human Resources…

The thing is, I like to talk, help people with there problems, and socialize, while I’m at work, as well as do my actual job (which I usually get through with very quickly becoming bored after-wards. I usually finish my work b4 everyone else!)…

Anyways, I was thinking I might be more motivated to sit in a position again (I did I.T. project coordination in the past), if I started loving myself more, and paying more attention to my outer appearance, i.e. working out more, buying makeup and wearing it, dressing stylish and cute, making sure my hair is pristine – you know ladies, I want to be more feminine – I really only do the bare minimal!!!

Please help!!!!!!! I can’t stay at home for the rest of my life, I’m BORED!!!!

Do you do take really good care of yourself, and therefore work is more necessary, appreciated, and fun??

Let me know…

dressing fashionable/stylish?

Sarah asked:

Ok, so I usually buy clothes that aren’t expensive and I’m not big on labels because those usually tend to be the most expensive. Most of my clothes are plain colors, sometimes the shirts have a picture, and I wear black pants, jeans, flip flops, clogs, etc. My boyfriend said that he likes that I dont follow others but he thinks I should try something different than just ‘plain’ (I know he’ll like me either way he was just making a suggestion). I know I dress this way too and I’m not trying to change who I am but I realize that my wardrobe is sometimes boring or plain (not mismatched or anything obviously bad). Does anyone have any advice on how I could dress differently but still be comfortable and not have to do the whole label thing? I like heels but I rarely wear them bc im in college and have to walk a lot and I prefer comfort I guess

Outfit suggestions anyone?! I want to look casual but ****?

Serena asked:

I am going to look round a college/university at the weekend but don’t want to ruin first impressions with future teachers and course mates. It’s just, i’m applying for an engineering course which is very very male dominated, i’ll be lucky if there are even a handful of females applying alongside me. It’s just, last time i went to look round i dressed smart but stylish and someone told me i was too feminine and that i didnt really fit the ’stereotypical view’ of females in the industry. My style is casual but sophistiated, i’m not skinny but i’m slim and average height and build… i mean, i love casual dresses and jeans and have mid-length dark hair so stick to plain colours. I mean, it’s just a really casual day, just a chance to look round and find out about the place! I was thinking maybe skinny jeans and heeled boots, it’s risky, will people think im showing off or playing at being girly?!

I’d like to have a modest but stylish swimsuit?

♥Sakura 桜♥ asked:

I’m not talking about those dress swimsuits that cover you up completely! I’m talking about a tankini and boyshort set that is cute but modest. I’ve been to Alloy, Victoria’s Secret(modest tops with a showy bottum or modest bottum with a showy top! Jeez!) and Delia’s, but is there any other good place to look? Thanks!
