So I am going to spain for about 2 weeks starting the 20th. I know I will be traveling around most of the time with people who are wearing blue and orange bags and couldn’t look more like tourists, but I would still like to look more European, It is summer so nothing with layers or anything, I like tightish clothing, I am thinking i will wear various v-necks, and shorts, with some stylish but casual shoes. is this ok or will i look really weird… any suggestions on other things to wear?

I am going to look round a college/university at the weekend but don’t want to ruin first impressions with future teachers and course mates. It’s just, i’m applying for an engineering course which is very very male dominated, i’ll be lucky if there are even a handful of females applying alongside me. It’s just, last time i went to look round i dressed smart but stylish and someone told me i was too feminine and that i didnt really fit the ’stereotypical view’ of females in the industry. My style is casual but sophistiated, i’m not skinny but i’m slim and average height and build… i mean, i love casual dresses and jeans and have mid-length dark hair so stick to plain colours. I mean, it’s just a really casual day, just a chance to look round and find out about the place! I was thinking maybe skinny jeans and heeled boots, it’s risky, will people think im showing off or playing at being girly?!

Looking for reasonably priced shoes as well. Expensive shoes are okay because I can try e-baying them but would like to be able to have good shoes in my closet that are vegan and stylish.
